The process of project application and booking

An applicant who want to use the facilities in LSIC must get the Human Ethics (Non-clinical) IRB approval from Research Ethics Committee of HKBU (for HKBU PT or Co-PI), or equivalent ethics approval from external institutions (for external projects).

The applicant need to submit a project application firstly via email (lsic_enquiry@hkbu.edu.hk). Once your project has been approved, you will be registered as LSIC Booking System users. Then you can book facilities for your experiment through the internet anytime and anywhere. Please refer to the diagram below and follow the procedure.
